Direction of Trade Statistics (DOTS)The Direction of Trade Statistics is an excellent source for trade statistics between countries. It reports total imports and exports by trading partners in U.S. dollars. Data may be available from 1948 to the present.
The data in this database contains the same data that is published in the printed publication of the same name (shelved in Periodicals). Having the Direction of Trade Statistics Yearbook may be helpful as you retrieve data from the database.
Data from 1948-1979 is also available on CD-ROM, which is available at the Circulation Desk. Faculty, Staff and Students may access this data using one of the computers in the library. The disk must be in the DVD drive, then the software can be accessed from the Start menu, select ""Research and Statistics,"" then select ""IMF Data,"" and then select ""DOTS."" "
