Unlike other research databases, Zotero will not automatically fill in citation metadata for items in Westlaw and Lexis platforms. Two work arounds:
1. Manually enter the metadata: Change the document type to "article", "case" to reveal the proper fields.
2. Download articles as PDFs and let Zotero extract citation metadata from the file.
Download the document as a PDF.
Drag PDFs into your Zotero library. Right click on the item and select choose "Retrieve Metadata for PDF".
