To realize the full functionality of Zotero, download both the application and browser extension. Your Zotero library is managed in the application, and the browser extensions allow you to easily add content from the web into your library.
Start at Zotero.org/download.
Add Bluebook Style Citation to your Zotero application from Settings.
In the Style Manager, select Get additional styles... and then select Bluebook Law Review.
