Based on the Legal Research Certification program held at W&L Law on April 11, 2015, this guide identifies research strategies and resources for conducting efficient and cost-effective legal research, including both free sources on the web and subscription databases. It is intended to help prepare students for the workplace by promoting legal research skills that are valuable in any practice environment, whether private firm, public interest, or government.
