The Delaware state bar exam will be administered on July 30-31, 2024. Applications are due April 2, 2024. Late applications are accepted until May 7, 2024. For additional information, please visit the Delaware Board of Bar Examiner’s website. |
The Delaware bar exam is 2.5 days. General details regarding the Delaware bar exam may be found online.
Delaware Bar Exam Schedule:
Day 1: 4 essays and MPT, 6 hours
Day 2: MBE, 6 hours
The essay and MPT portions of the Delaware bar exam are 60% of your total bar exam score and tests the following subjects:
